Reliance Jio, a telecom company, has recently introduced a new data plan for customers in India to access 5G services. The plan, priced at Rs 61, includes 6GB of data and allows individuals to experience the benefits of 5G without needing a high-priced prepaid plan. The company has also added a "5G upgrade" section to its My Jio app, allowing customers to purchase the package and access the new network.
It is important to note that this 5G data plan is only valid for those who have added a prepaid plan of Rs 119, Rs 149, Rs 179, Rs 199, or Rs 209. Additionally, those who have yet to receive the Jio 5G welcome offer will not be able to experience 5G by purchasing this 5G data plan.
5G technology promises to offer users faster internet speeds, but it is important to keep in mind that some users may experience issues with network coverage or run out of data quickly. To avoid these issues, it is best to use 5G services in stationary locations, and not while on the move.
Jio claims to offer speeds up to 1 Gbps as part of the Jio welcome offer, however, it doesn't provide any free extra data for testing or experimenting with the 5G networks.
